It’s been a while
Hello Everyone! I am back after a long break from blogging about my raw food transformation. There is too much to catch you up on, but I can tell you that I am not eating 100% raw vegan today. I am convinced that in order to do 100% ones needs to strongly convinced (near a death experience) or have a sponsor/partner that will do it with them to help keep each other on point. Besides that, a really-really-really strong-minded person could do it alone. I believe we are All strong minded. But I believe there are reasons why some people excel at some things while they struggle with weight, health, habits, situations, etc. I will not get into those details now because some of those ideas are not mainstream and are material for a completely different blog topic;) Let’s just say that I have switched my focus to higher priority items.
Isn’t it interesting how our current lives are reflections of how we have acted; the thoughts you have thought, and the things you have done? I’ve been tweeting (on Twitter) inspirational messages that have been uplifting myself and helping me to focus my spiritual direction with a holistic approach. As I may have mentioned, I am an energy healer and light worker. I have been helping others with their health and providing spiritual counseling, but one thing that I’ve struggled with is my own health concerns and issues. The only way that I can keep doing the Light Work and healing is to keep striving for perfect physical health myself; which means striving for it mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Here is something that may be a revelation for some, and that is “if you want to change something in your life, you must change your behavior.” And if you want to change something quickly, spend more quality time within visualizing the changes. You cannot expect something in your life to change if you keep doing the same things over and over and over. Isn’t that the definition of insanity?
I have re-committed to work on “my life” from a higher prospective and things are changing in a positive way. One lesson to learn (or be aware of) is that things will change for you once you change your thoughts and behaviors. If you do not have a clear visualization of where you are headed, then when some things start to change for the better - and other things don’t - do not judge it. The Universe is answering your request! The thing you are asking for is materializing/manifesting. How fast you want it will be determined by how specific and clear you are with your visualization. Don’t forget to add feelings of cosmic happiness and joy in your visualizations to supercharge the manifestations of your creations!
Therefore, I am no longer beating myself up over not being 100% raw vegan nor do I really have a real high priority on becoming 100% raw vegan. I believe that goal was not only as a result of life long illness but because I look forward to Spiritual Enlightenment. I have read that people are experiencing spiritual awakenings while they are cleansing (fasting) and while on raw foods for extended periods of time. This sounded inspiring to me. I have always been a spiritual person and have had a connection to “something” and I wanted it to be stronger. From my estimation, some ways to assist with that are detoxing and lifestyle. But now I think Consciousness is the key to all of this. So I am adjusting my consciousness and lifestyle to accommodate my life purpose (spiritual path) and am finding that my diet is changing for the better and my body is cleansing as appropriate. Is 100% raw the best thing for everyone? I say it is best to leave that choice for each individual. You bodies were created from perfection (the Divine Blueprint)! If you can tune into it, and give it what it wants (and all that entails), then that is the best thing for it. For me I believe that eating mostly raw will be the best thing, and I will continue to move in that direction as I am guided by Spirit and my body, but I am creating health and wellness from a different place; from a picture(s), movie clips, within my mind that express a reality so strongly that my brain cannot distinguish from what has happened in 3D versus what was created in my mind. This in my opinion will create healing changes in my body and as a result the tools I have been given for my evolution (the asthma, the lumps, etc) will no longer be needed; effectively leaving my body in a healed state. So there you have it. My raw food transformation looks to become a Spiritual one (directly), and a physical one (indirectly). In my quest to transform myself using raw foods, I found that the idea of raw foods has in itself caused a transformation in my spirituality and conscious awareness.
Best wishes to you all, and please follow me on twitter. Also check the main website http://eneca.org for Events Around the Globe that assist humanity in it’s quest to reach higher vibration and states of consciousness; ushering in an era of Peace, Joy and Harmony.
